BC&ACI Returns Policy


Our policy lasts 30 days. Unfortunately, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. This applies to all products sold by BC&ACI.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. No exceptions…


Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Those items include perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines that cannot be returned. We also do not accept intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.


Additional non-returnable items: 


* Gift cards 

* Downloadable software products 

* Some health and personal care items

* BC&ACI is a Federally Regulated Company. Please call us if you have a question if something is returnable or not. You can reach us at (774) 217-6491.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.


Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Special Circumstance Returns


We do not directly accept returns on any BC&ACI Powersports products; this includes mopeds, scooters, electric mopeds or scooters, or motorcycles.  Federal and state laws prohibit us from exchanging Powersports. For more information, please immediately contact BC&ACI Concepts Powersports Customers Service at (774) 217-6491 if there is an issue with your powersport. Returns of BC&ACI Powersports must go back to the manufacturer. All costs to return or exchange products are the customer’s responsibility and will not be reimbursed. 


BC&ACI Powersports customers must not have used the powersport. Powersports that have been filled with oil or gas are not returnable by Federal Law. The powersport must be in its original packing. You must contact Bakers Concepts Powersports Customer Service at (774) 217-6491 for instructions within 30 days, and proof of damages will be required to create return instructions.


With no exceptions, BC&ACI Virtual Subsidiaries’ products and services must be returned or changed with those companies.  We have zero responsibility for their products and services. Please contact our virtual subsidiaries directly. They will assist you… Let us know how you made out, and we will send you a gift for doing so… 


BCAANI Customers purchase from our affiliated marketplace. Products and services owned by these companies are the responsibility of the BC&ACI Partner or Affiliated company, not BC&ACI. You can donate a product or service to a Non-Denominational Christian Charity. Upon verification, BC&ACI will reward you for doing so.  Contact us to learn more at 774-217-6491. 

Undocumented Packages: 


**Undocumented Packages without approved RMA from BC&ACI Customer Service will not be accepted by the carrier and returned to the sender. Please contact BC&ACI Customer Service before attempting an exchange or return. Our office is open from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. Our Direct telephone number is (774) 217-6491. **


There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:


* Book with obvious signs of use 

* CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record has been opened. 

* Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. 

* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery




Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


If you are approved, your refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 90 business, including bank processing days.


Refunds on returned items:


**You should expect to receive your refund within 90 Business Days of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly; this period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).


Late or missing refunds


If you haven’t received a refund, first recheck your bank account. 

Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.


Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items


Only regular-priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.




We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at exchanges@bcaci.net, and we will send you an RMA number via email.




If the item were marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’d receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you. No exceptions


Delivery Time


Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. BC&ACI and its wholly-owned and wholly-owned virtual subsidiaries can estimate delivery but make no claims on guaranteeing delivery of packages once they have left our facilities. We rely solely on our partnerships with our federally certified carriers.


Return Delivery Guarantee


If shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. The responsibility of purchasing this additional service is on you, the customer. BC&ACI assumes no responsibility for lost or undeliverable packages. 


Delivery of Items


BC&ACI ships products worldwide, and we have co-op-affiliated/partner factories and co-op-affiliated/partner warehouses worldwide. In some cases, products can not be shipped to international destinations. If this is the case, please contact BC&ACI Customer Service at (774) 217-6491. 


Handling Time


BC&ACI has a strict 30-day max handling time on all products purchased through our company, our wholly-owned and wholly-owned virtual subsidiaries. Our products and services are in very high demand at all times. Although in most cases, we can get products and services out to our customers in less than 7-14 business days, including handling time and delivery.

First, check your purchase page via the confirmation email we sent you of your successful order.

BC&ACI Contracted Shipping Carriers


BC&ACI is contracted with USPS, UPS, FedEx & DHL, and many Licensed and bonded Freight Carriers. 


Weight Based Shipping


BC&ACI customers pay for shipping; most of our products are by weight calculated at the time of check out. We allow our customers to choose which provider they want to deliver their products. BC&ACI reserves the right to ship your products to you in the fastest possible way.


How to Complete Authorized Return Instructions


  1. Pack all the returned items, along with a print-off of your confirmation of purchase email and a note specifying your RMA number securely in a box. You can use the box the items arrived in or another box if you prefer.


  1. Go to the local post office or another courier to ship the package. The return address for the package:


  1. Please provide us the tracking number from the post office or couriers if applicable. You can keep track of your package by receiving an email for shipment updates.


  1. You will receive an email when we receive your items, and the refund is approved.
